What plans do you offer?
Subscription

We offer three plans based on billing duration: monthly, semi-annual, and annual. Each will have the same benefits:

  • For monthly plans, we will bill you every month of the year
  • For semi-annual plans, we will bill you twice per year
  • For annual plans, you will bill you once per year

What payment methods do you accept?
Subscription

We are using Stripe for our payment infrastructure. It uses major recognized credit and debit cards worldwide and other supported payment methods.

Do you offer discounts or promotions for multiple memberships?
Subscription

Yes! We are willing to offer discounts or promotions for multiple memberships, like students in a university or members of an institution.

Can I get a refund for my membership?
Subscription

We generally do not issue refunds as per our refund policy today; however, you may contact support if purchases were made by mistake. We will review your membership and any promotions at the time of purchase.

Can I change subscription plans?
Subscription

Yes! Visit the "Pricing" page again to change your subscription. Select the plan you wish to change to. Afterwards, you will be taken to a separate customer portal. Follow the instructions on-screen to change your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription plan?
Subscription

Yes. To cancel, go to your profile page and under the Subscription section, click on "Payment Portal". You can cancel your subscription from there. When you cancel, you will still have access to premium features until the end of the billing period.

CANCELLING YOUR PLAN IS NOT THE SAME AS DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
Please take note that after cancelling, you'll still have a WeTheStudy account regardless whether you have a plan or not; however, you won't be able to access premium features after the billing period.

How can I update my payment information?
Subscription

If you wish to update your payment information, visit your profile and click "Payment Portal" under the Subscription section. You can update your payment information from there.

Are subscription renewals automatic?
Subscription

Yes. Please take note that failed renewal payments will cease your access to premium features; however, you'll still have access to your account and update your payment infrastructure from there.

How can I view my current subscription?
Subscription

Visit your profile and click "Payment Portal" under the Subscription section. You can view your subscription details from there.

I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
Account

If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
